Looks nice Cadre. The purists won't like the refinished stock, but I like it better than the shellac.

I'm trying to post a picture of my Mosin, but don't know how to make it show right away on the page instead showing the attachment that needs to click on. Is there a way to post the image right up?

You need to use a site like Flicker, Photobucket, etc. to load your pictures to. Then you can post them here by clicking the photo icon (small yellow box with mountains and the sun) at the top of the reply window and pasting in the address. Your photo will appear when you preview or submit the post.

It's not a virgin anymore. It's re-crowned, bedded, free floated, and is a tack driver.

Heres my small but growing collection. 1942 Izhevsk & Tula 1943 Izhevsk, 1928 Tula Hex, 1944 Izhevsk M44 and a 1928 Finnish M28 built on a Remington M91 reciever.
