Ok guys......got my stuff back......... 2 separate lowers that got 2 separate trigger jobs done to them......one lower got a S3G and the other got a SSA-E ......both feel awesome........than lastly he put together my vltor monolithic upper vis 2 mur a1 ( I think.. 9 inch rail fixed to the BCM upper receiver) w/ a Daniel defense 14.5 inch Gov profile barrel w/ a JP compensator (pinned) and Les Baer BCG and ambi charging handle..........it's so light and short....I love it 1/7 twist dd barrel should be interesting.....all in all Matt Hustons work was excellent and cheap compared to others......he is a stand up guy

I think he builds/shoots record setting 50 bmg 1,000 yard FCSA guns?
I think he shot a buffalo at one mile with one of them?

Keep you updated!! Matt has had my Springfield M1 Socom 16 for 5 weeks now to put on a sadlak scope mount and my scope. To throw more business his way I suggested to install a cheek riser that you need to drill through the stock...................I tipped him for the previous job which was well priced but timely....the only thing I have to report right now is it seems like a slow route to take and can be frustrating at times but despite the time line being way too long!!!! he's a stand up guy and has yet to disappoint

Wow.....just got back from the range to try out my new build by Matt Huston..........it is more of a dream than I can explain.....he is truly the best gunsmith in CA and top 10 in the US!!!!!!! We are lucky to have such a skilled armorer in little old lodi/Stockton.........he is the winner and best 50 caliber shooter in the US at 1000 yards......on record!! I feel lucky for him to have touched my gun......let alone help build it...........no wonder he has so much busy work.....he is world renowned!!!!

Default outstanding gunsmith

I've used Matt Huston as a gunsmith for over 2 decades. His work is consistently outstanding! I'm glad he opened his own shop. He also has a new web site and it's very impressive.
