I'm going... 7:15...where are you "partying"?
At the theater or one of the area restaurants?

Every Calguns member should attend these showings.
Once the DVD is available, I intend to spread them to friends and family.
Wake up America!

The wife and I are making the trek north to catch this on Friday, since there is only one showing in San Diego. Glad some theaters are having multiple days for viewing.

My wife (Lisa) and I made the 5:15 showing. Lisa really hasn't been paying attention to my rants and talking points about gun control and why I feel we need to be prepared.

She's now understands - The New Orleans gun confiscation, Rodney King Riots where the police pulled back and were not available. Plus the 911 call where the elderly women protects herself as a man is breaking into her house (shoots him at least 3 times while the dispatcher assures her the police are on their way). She's alive and was unharmed - they didn't talk about the burglar except that he was "down".

If you're not sure you want to see the movie, let me tell you it's one of the best things I ever spent $9 on. Very well made yet scary at the same time.

The wife and I hit up the 11:15 showing yesterday as well, and we both thought it was a great movie. Really liked how they showed the difference between full auto and semi auto to help the people who have been misinformed by the mainstream media to think every AR is full auto.
That was the first time my wife and I have ever been to that theatre and area before (Dos Lagos), and thought it was a very nice place. The shops were great for the wife to kill some time before the movie, and the theater itself was very nice and clean. Also had plenty of places to grab some grub and brews within walking distance to theater.

Semper Sometimes appropriation of Semper Fi used to deride the part-time nature of service in the Marine Corps Reserve. ARAH!!!

I used to make jokes... But then I lost my sense of humor in a boating accident.

Finished watching the 115 showing. Gotta say that I really enjoyed the film and I look forward to it coming out on DVD. There was only about 2 or 3 other groups besides my self but hopefully that most people already saw it.

We made it to the 9:15 PM showing last night. I was able to bring along my wife, my mom and a friend. I thought the movie was very well done. Unfortunately, the turn out wasn't so good. Besides our group there was only one other person, although as we were buying tickets another couple came up and asked the people working the ticket counter how long Assaulted would be showing for. Still, I thought it was a great movie and money well spent.

Went Friday night. 7:15 showing.
EXCELLENT job the crew did on this flick.
I've seen an unimaginable amount of documentaries on our freedoms and the corrupt government, etc.
This is hands down one of the best, factual, and dare I say it, show that could possible sway some of the anti-gunners out there who still believe in the constitution, and don't realize how our freedoms are taken daily.

But there were only 14 people at our showing, and sounds like the norm from other posts.
We have got to wake up our country. Hopefully other states had better turn-outs.
Every time they flashed Fienstien, Yee, Biden, Obama, etc. my blood boiled.
Gonna buy the DVD's and pas them around.
Again, all Calgunners NEED to see this and tell a friend!

I took my girlfriend and her 17 year old daughter to see it today. I really enjoyed it, but when I asked my gf's daughter if she learned anything, her response was not to buy a gun. This girl has been out shooting twice now (she requested it for her birthday), loves shooting now and is a damn good shot so I was surprised by her answer. When asked to explain it, she said the government can just take it away and there's nothing you can do about it. It sparked a nice conversation of course, but it was very interesting to see a young girl suddenly fearful of the power of our government.

BTW- you guys need to tell Turner's to help get the word out in stores and on their website. The guys in the Corona store didn't know it was playing out here and suggested someone needed to put flyers in the store to help get people out to see it. Everyone needs to put a post of the Turner's facebook page to get them to act.
