Default Who's Got The Best Deal on Nightforce Optics?

I'm looking for a Nightforce NXS 1-4 with FC-2 Reticle. Who has the best deals on Nightforce optics?

Thanks

If you are in Norcal - Sac or the bay area - Mike at CSGunworks is THE man to talk to.

They've got standard pricing everywhere, or whatever the term for it is. If you buy some rings at optics planet and write a review you will get a 10% discount for purchases over $50. This is how I discounted my Nightforce. You could always try ebay, however, I believe the warranty only covers the original owner.

Since the Nightforce retails above $1000 it may be better to buy from out of state vendor to save on sales tax. Many times the vendor will have free shipping on such items.

One vendor that is popular with 50 cal is

http://www.longrangesupply.com/

Good luck.

I think Mike at csgunworks will work with you on the sales tax issue.

Otherwise, Alex at eurooptic.com is GTG.

When I was buying my nightforce i was wondering about this also so I called them and they said that the warranty follows the scope and not the owner so you would be fine to buy one used.

I'd try each of our vendors to see if they can get them.

My comments,

I know Mike @ CSGunworks personally, if you can satisfy pricing with the sales tax issue, he is a good man to deal with... my first choice. Alex @ Europtics is GTG also. He raises the bar at an extremely high level, and is hugely successful. My only nitpick with Alex is he doesn't seem to support or sponsor any forums. matches, or any other shooting related cause. I'm open to correction on this, but I think it is important to support those who are ardent supporters and sponsors of our craft in these times. I understand business is business, but this is just my opinion.

We are planning to sell Nightforce later this year. The MAP pricing is a pain, and Lightforce USA is a stickler. Various dealers deal with the issue in different ways. We think we have found a way to satisfy MAP requirements and still give you the best value.

Good to hear you'll be carrying NF soon. Let us know when the FFP is in hand.

Are in in MT yet? How was the move?

Thanks!

I have heard conflicting reports on the FFP production schedule. My last info is that it will be quite awhile before they have these.

I am in Montana. It was a long and painful move, we are still not unpacked, but I will be working fulltime beginning on Monday. I love it here.

I had a great deal at the Del Mar Gunshow with J&J Armory in late 2007. It was below retail too... most internet sites sell at retail. You might want to give them a shot.

I just bought mine on the internet from out of state saving on the tax and with free shipping. I beat my head against the wall trying to find a lower prise but to no avail every store I looked at were only a few dollers in difference. I paid the going price for the nightforce 2.5-10x24.
