Default I'm ready for Zombies!

I felt like such a friggin nerd for this, but when comparing optics today at my LGS I found that the optic that covered all my needs with a reticle that I really liked was a Weaver KASPA-Z. Z for Zombie.

This thing is not your typical looking Weaver optic. It's a 1.5-6x32 with a range estimating/BDC reticle that has my favorite 'dot in a donut' style.

Anyone have an idea on how to remove the green 'bio-hazard' graphic on it? It's just silly...

Bio-hazard warning symbols are laser etched into the tube and colorful zombie themed stickers can be affix to the scope for added fun.

Laser etched doesn't sound removeable.

At least it doesn't have a biohazard reticle.

That bio-hazard logo isn't too bad. Doubt you'll be able to remove it since it's laser-etched like promethean mentioned.

You can always cover it up with an NRA or firearm company sticker.

They don't need to swim, they'll walk on the bottom of the water and pull you down when they can grab your legs. Gosh have you not read "The Zombie Survival Guide" by Max Brooks?

I don't mind the zombie stuff. Love the Walking Dead, Resident Evil, and the like. Don't own any "zombie" decorated gear though. I personally think that the biohazard sign would look better in red :/.

Either way, sticker it up, possibly spray paint it black, and if it is painted on - little bit of paint thinner?

Biohazard doesn't look that bad but you may have to just spray over it.

Zombie Marketing is all about selling overpriced products to people who dream about shooting at slow, stupid targets who are unarmed, can't shoot back, and are too dumb to take cover.

The OP's scope is a nice optic, but the retarded zombie trend needs to just go away.

Lol, wasn't expecting so many replies.

I tried paint thinner and nail polish remove, no dice. Guess I'll just live with it. The optic is worth it.

Range report soon! Hopefully this week.

As dumb as the zombie marketing is on everything lately, a nice scope is a nice scope.

If chemicals wont take it off, Id paint over it.

I dig the reticle. I also don't think the symbol is that noticeable and would just leave it. But if you are going to try chemical etc, I would start small, you may end up doing more damage than good. Sweet rig!!
