Default Glock 19 Gen 3 fair price

I just jailed a G19 Gen 3 for 599 + tax. Seems fair. Anybody see a better price?

599 seems fair for the post craziness price. Same as oc indoor and I believe they have stock currently. 499 sounds low even for pre crazy price, but glock store includes a hefty firearm shipping charge if I remember correctly and I think FFLs have an additional fee for the shipped glock sale.

OP, a word to the wise .... Never ask about price comparisons AFTER you buy something!!

Ask before, then you know if it's a "good deal" or not. Ask after if you KNOW it was a good deal, but want to gloat. If you casually ask if you got a good deal, likely someone will have got a better deal and you will feel bad.

Personally, once I pay for something (that is a PITA to bring back), I won't look at the price of it ever again...

Don't forget about paying for something then it being so good you want to get another and either it is 200 bucks less and you feel bad or now 200 bucks more and you get giddy thinking how good a deal it was. The former was with a shotgun and the latter with my cz75.

Are you happy with the gun? + finding it + you having the funds for it = good deal imo. Good luck!

$599 is decent price.
You are supporting the LGS to stay open.

Just bought one for $599 at LGS. Places with better prices were all out of stock though the morning I went to buy it Riflegear got some in stock at $575. LGS has been very supportive and willing to guide a new shooter and I wanted to reward the time they spent with me. Saves me from a 45 minute one way drive to Riflegear. Figure I'd burn up almost what I saved on the gun in gas for the car.

Around here I have seen them at Warrior One for 599.m And Centerfire Fire Arms and Bullseye Sport had them for 569. Bullseye still had them in stock today. This is in Riverside though.

Am I am thinking of selling mine and it has about 200 rds through it. What should I ask for it? 525?

Given the environment today, and all of the panic buying, I think you got a good price. We can all second guess ourselves. Look at it this way, you now own a quality Glock pistol.

500 was pre panic pricing. 550-560 is the new norm.

Alquist sells out in no time. Literally in hours for really popular items. Great place, but you cannot pre-order, and they sell first come, first serve.

For $499 they had 9 Glock 19s, 13 Glock 26s, and 5 S&W M&P 9s come in May 1st, were sold out of all of them except 2 Glock 26s left as of today. The previous time, April 11, they had 8 Glock 19s, and sold out by 1pm.

They post on their Facebook page.
