Bigbronco I did business with them recently and was able to communicate through email. I was literally told by customer service that they are "so jammed with calls that they cannot even call out so don't bother trying to call".

Finally got in touch with Dillon today. The magnet trick was suggested. End result, I went out to the garage and completely dissembled the 550B then carefully drilled the pin out. New pins and some parts I bought $25.00 will be sent. I just wonder how long the wait will be.

Reason to completely disassemble. To thoroughly clean and lube it.

It took 3 weeks for me. Hopefully they will put a rush on yours considering it was a break.

As a follow up. They responded to the web submission by emailing today asking for my address. So, it appears that they are processing the web submitted communications.

Just call em, put your phone on speaker. A hour latter i hear Hello, the tech spent thirty minutes on the phone with me. Top Shelf. Any company that builds Mini Guns for our Army is alright with me. In my eyes they are hands the best there is.

Thanks for posting the follow up, I'll try this tomorrow for a replacement part I need.

Broke another (my last one) plastic shoulder washer on the 550B powder rod return safety thing/guide/whatever it's called a couple weeks ago. Took about 30min for the phone to pick up.

Didn't have any info in front of me, just told em what the part was, gave em my name and new ones came in the mail a few days later.

Dillon rocks!!

Not impressed with Dillon's customer service. NO BS Warranty! Only if they answer the phone. So My Lnl is running again and my 550 is still down.

I like my coolaid RED

Rant over.
Hey Bronco...After using your LNL, the Dillon must seem pretty primitive.
