Default Walmart Ammo

Went to Walmart today. Not much there, but a big sign that states 3 boxes of ammo max per person, per visit. Not sure how they regulate that but total BS I thought.
I did get my 3 boxes though...lol

I would love to buy 3 boxes at Walmart. Just bought my first box there in months today. It's slim pickings.

I saw a guy at Dick's sporting goods last night. He said he just left walmart and they had three, 250 round boxes of 22 ammo on the shelf. Same shopping center so I rushed over, what a dork, 3 boxes of 22/250.

This ^^^

Every time we run into town (maybe once a week) I check the local to me Walmarts. At best... they might have a box or two of .410, or some .17HMR, which I can't use

I'm going to Texas in a couple months (visiting my folks), can I ship ammo back to my house in California?

BS or not at least you were still able to get ammo that you need. This is worst situation than the 2008 year. It'll be a while before supply gets back to near normal. We just have to wait it out. Tough time for anyone who did not stocked up. I ramped up my purchases before 2012. I had a gut feeling that Nobama would win or steal his 2nd term in office.

I happened to be at my local Walmart with the wife yesterday. Picked up the last 3 boxes of Rem 9mm, 1 box of Tula .45, and 1 box of .40.

Guy asked if the wife was buying some ammo too because the limit was 3 per person.

Anyone looking for ammo in Rocklin should check out Sportsmans Warehouse on Thurs mornings. Get there at 7am to wait in line. You can get 3 boxes of each SKU#. Prices are a little higher than Walmart and if your looking for .22lr,.223, or 9mm show up early.
