Default mosin nagant, bastardized...sorry

So I got bored and bought 270$ worth of trinkets to attach to my Mosin M44. I know the tacti-guys hate this, but I had to do it. All wrapped up, I have $350 in it and its good to 500 yds...and that's with me behind the trigger. Imagine the possibilities. It was all in fun.. Cheers.

If the snobs on the 7.62X54r.net saw that they would be crying in their beer!
It looks like it's nothing permanent, right?
What did it look like before?

I used to be not a big fan of doing that to a classic gun but I in the last few years I've kinda of changed my opinion - sort of. As long it's done decently and it improves the gun; (as in your case improves thae accuaracy) I guess it's ok.

Sergei Ivanovich Mosin, with the Tsar in Heaven, thanks you for not permanently disfiguring the rifle.

Well, the way I look at it is that non-permanent mods are OK. But remember all the 1911's, the Krags, that people chopped up into various configurations because "there were millions of them made." Always make it returnable to "as issued" configuration.

Looks good, Do what you want with your rifle. You only have to please yourself. I bubba'd one of mine too and kept the other one stock. Great gun no matter what you do with them.

last I heard is the price tag was $250 -$300 for the stock to go on your $140 rifle and the stock only comes with a 5 round mag you must buy the 10 round mag seperate

$270, no bent bolt, and the scope mount is a teeter totter. Not so good.
