Default SKS trigger group repair

Anyone know who our buddy is that fixes sks trigger groups?

I got one with a bad trigger group, the hammer will not fall forward when
the trigger is pulled.

A little slow to turn around but worth it.

This is easy to do it yourself or you can PM me and I can resolve the issue(s) with it for you. Just follow the instructions step by step.

Yes, the SKS trigger is quite simple. the trigger pushes the sear out from under the hammer via the trigger bar. The disconnector aligns the trigger bar at the proper location to push the sear. The problem has to be one of these components.

What type of SKS? I just worked on my Type 56 trigger and the pins were a freakin biitch to get out

If you dont want to work on it, like the others said, Kivaari does great work. I had him do one of mine years back

It is a type 56. I picked up four with the intentions of keeping one. The one I want to keep has the bad trigger, plus I would not sell one if it did not function properly.

Might give it try, but it probably has a bad part.

I spent some time with the trigger group today and kroil. Like magic it operates like it is supposed to. The trigger is a little stiff, I believe it rusted in place. It was the best of the bunch I got and tomorrow will be in the field. I hope it shoots well.
