Default Any interest in a group buy of 62gr M855 bullets

I'm looking to see if thereis anyone interested in buying good quantities of factory new 62 grain military M855 bullets. Not looking to make money just need to get it broken down to manageable amounts for everyone.

THE CATCH

MUST PURCHASE ALL 200,000 bullets for $24,000....
Equates to just .12 cents a round pre shipping cost.... Not sure how much 1900 pounds will cost to corona, ca.

now I know this cost is a little more than wideners used to sell them for, however does anyone know when they will have some available again...

I am interested in 20,000+ just wanted to see if anyone else needed some also

When you say military grade, do you mean steel core?

I would be interested...maybe 3 to 4,000.

So you want people to give you $24k? Group buy sounds way too large. Just my humble opinion.

It's not bad when you consider the last CG bullet group buy was 157,000 bullets.

For $1,000 you would get over 8,000 rounds.... That's pretty dam attractive. Especially now. I'm curious how you got that pricing info.

Buying at that level of bulk and still having to pay $120/1000? This does not sound like a very good deal to me no matter what the level of supply out there is. Oughta' be more like $50-60/1000 for the participants when you buy in that kind of quantity.

Just sayin'

+1. Cheaper than dirt probably has better volume prices

Wow, why anyone would want to buy 20k at that high of a price is beyond me.

12 cents per is just way, way too much to pay for large bulk buys. At 1000 pieces it's still fairly steep, for 5k plus it's way too steep of a price.

You could have bought Hornady 55gr bulk FMJBT for the same price per from Powder Valley just a day or two ago in 100 piece bags. Much better projectile than steel core penetrator bullets.

Remember that there are many ranges that will not allow steel core to be used and it's completely unuseable for competition.

The 62gr pull downs run $.07-.08 a piece. I've had good luck with them YMMV.

It's sold, but managing a group buy on that scale would have been a disaster. The guy that sold those probably doubled his money.
