Default PSA Sent Me Used Buffers

I finally got my order today to discover 2 used, dirty, buffer tubes thrown in a box. Calling for a refund tomorrow.

I just received two MOE lower build kits today, everything is new but the buffer tubes are very oily and due to the way it was packed got a bit scratched.

Overall i'm happy though, PSA should just be a bit more careful.

Cheap Chinese buffer, never got a buffer like that from psa. Can't say my buttstock came out of the box like this because it didn't come in the magpul box. It was obviously already mounted on a rifle or a reject from the molding marks my other magpul stocks do not look like this.

I'm expecting two MOE kits tomorrow from the brown truck. This thread has me questioning my expectations, specially after a 28 day wait. I know, only 20 of those days were working days. I'll report item conditions as they arrive.

I ordered an AR pistol tube/buffer/spring and it was scratched and dirty as well. Sigh

I got my moe lpk tonight idk if the tube was used, but it was worn. Could have been, from just the brown paper they wrap around it. My stock was new and came in a magpul box. Went to put that stock on my current ar with just the generic stock only to find out that apparently my gf ordered a commercial buffer tube and stock so my new mil spec magpul will just have to wait lol

I also got the normal non psa buffer but I just assumed that it was the same just not painted and labeled like sort of an OEM type version, even though the one pictured was what I was expecting . No box for the stock parts either just wrapped in bubble wrap and Ziploc bags . Maybe they got to order wholesale bulk without packaging to save on cost , I'm sure they wouldn't send us used parts being that big of a vendor, but ill probably go recheck my parts when I get back from work. But I didn't end up with any missing parts so that's a plus. So anyone about to receive theirs, don't be surprised how it comes packaged

I got the same buffer as you guys. Stock was in OEM magpul box. Buffer tube seems new, overall packing job is shoddy. I think I have all the parts, gonna take A closer look this weekend.

If you have another known companies buffer that is quality compare the quality and weight dispersion. I compare it to my other spikes and old psa and completely day and night. I also have a cheap crappy Chinese buffer I got off a "budget" website and it is comparable to the new psa buffer. Bad machine marks, and I don't believe they properly weigh the buffer

I will have to take the one off my colt and compare it. This is pretty disappointing to hear because I have had success with them in the past.

I totally agree usually quality parts for a great price I didn't get a chance to inspect the spring but I'm going to do that later extremely disappointed

Maybe this the reason I needed to pick up a enindine buffer lol. My uncle has one in his carbine length barrel and it was pretty nice.

I have a PSA kit pre "panic buy" and the buffer is black, everything looks nice. I'll compare it to the one I will get next week and report back.

got my 2 kits today. Everything look new. I checked all the parts and nothing is missing. Compared to my psa kit from 10/2012 and it's the same. Only difference is that they don't paint/mark the buffers anymore. Probably to save time on getting the parts out to customers. My buffers look new, just not painted.

My buffers were black w/logo, but I ordered and received pre December panic.

The MOE stocks were wrapped in a self sticky bubble wrap, probably bulk buys. They were new and nice. I did not get trigger pins in the LBK's.

This is the buffer tube that came with my MOE kit. Brand new and pretty solid quality.

Ordered 1/3 shipped 1/26

The one pictured above is the same one I got when I ordered 2 days after the panic started. Took almost a month to get too

I didn't order any of these parts, but when I see brand-name products sold without original packaging - the parts are usually fakes. There's tons of fake Magpul MS2 slings in circulation, I've heard that stocks have been faked or are airsoft components. I'd call Magpul and ask if their products are sold without original packaging..

Honestly I have both a recent PSA buffer (not painted) and my new LMT one and they look the same to me.

The only thing I noticed on PSA buffer tube is fine lines in the metal underneath the anodizing. My LMT does not have it.

The buffers are the exact same product as the ones with our logo. The logo buffers should be back soon.

The Magpul items in our build kits are bulk packed. That's why they don't come in the retail packaging. They aren't fake...
