I recognize there's controversy over whether the AFG is a forward pistol grip or not... But it went with the FDE theme...

Exile, what's that muzzle brake? I really like it. It looks like a elongated AAC brake.

It's the Daniel Defense Muzzle Climb Mitigator. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. Looks like it'll provide free dental filling removal for those standing too close to either side of the shooter. I got it because my previous YHM brake had a too-aggressive front end and was chewing up my range bag. This one's roughly the same size as an A2 birdcage.

Awesome, I'll look into picking one up from you (pending you're carrying it).

Good point. That stock would have to be pinned non-collapsible for CA compliance.

No evil features on this 7.62x39!

Sorry... I couldn't resist. Looks like Dingo wants his bed back...

With no evil features on this rifle you might as well have a nerf gun since we all know it's the evil features that make a rifle deadly

can't u just remove the pistol grip from AKs and run it like an SKS, instead of using the Kydex wraps?

You can, and Big 5 was selling some in that configuration not too long ago. I never shot one, but have heard you need a really long "monkey finger" index finger to make it work.

I never would have thought any state would be worse than Cali, I feel for the NY gun owners. We need the SCOTUS to chime in and end this madness
