Default Finished my zombie build.

I finally finished my zombie build but ran out of money for a scope. Let me know what you think.

Looks cool!
Excuse what is probably a dumb question but what is that part that connects the trigger pin and the hammer pin and what is the purpose of it?

AFG & VFG? interesting.

I think you're going to have CH issues with that cheek riser.

You're better of with a $400 .308 unless you plan on taking out taliban from 2000 yards away haha

Yeah. Can only charge when the stock is all the way out. Already brought the riser so might as well use it.

I dont understand the point of having to continually adjust the stock just to load the weapon. YMMV.

sorry, what i mean is, you cant pull the charge handle because the cheek riser is to high. So i would have to move the stock to position #6 so there is enough space to pull the charge handle.

What he is saying is thats a stupid thing. Only being able to charge the weapon when the stock is all the way out is a bad idea, especially for a zombie "shtf" gun. Mag pul does make a riser like that one that pushes back allowing you to charge the action even when its fully compressed. Don't get me wrong, thats a great rifle, just a few things that need attention. Also you should get some kind of sighting system. What ever the system is, make sure you have iron sights for back up. Good build though.

I think the Magpul one actually interferes with the CH when the stock is fully collapsed. Larue Tactical makes a "RISR" that actually slides back to accommodate for the charging handles movement. Once you release the CH the spring loaded RISR will slide forward as well.

BTW, the zombie fad isn't dead yet?
