Default Attic Arisaka?

Dont know the full story on this yet but it was my great grandfathers. I guess my mom had forgotten she had it? Should make for a fun research project this weekend.

Not sure yet. Found a link on how to break it down and was going to do so this weekend. I will report back with pictures.

Looks like a Type 38 with a School marking on the receiver. A photo of the serial number area will disclose the Arsenal and other bits of info. Parts should match on an assembly number and not to the serial.
