Great class. Always a good mix of humor to balance out the serious nature of the class. The UTAH class is a great overview of material already covered in the CA course and is an excellent means to obtain a backup permit to help cover the ever changing patchwork of laws and reciprocity that each state goes through over time.

First and foremost: All of the great reviews for Wes are spot-on.

To date, I've taken the 16-hour, 2-day CA CCW class and the UT CCW class--both of which are taught by Wes and Joe Truesdale. Wes and Joe really click together as instructors and the classroom portion of the training was very well done in both cases. Wes has an encyclopedic knowledge of the statutes related to concealed carry. This, plus his personal experiences from being a cop in the Central Valley, made both the CA and UT CCW classes very informative, interesting, and entertaining.

Try one of the classes Wes puts on--you definitely won't be disappointed.

My dad and I just completed our ccw class for California and Utah/Arizona with Wes. This was our first firearms class and we had a blast. We took away tons of useful information. I would HIGHLY recommend Wes and his 5 star training!
