I was going to use a 12" bbl + a pinned 4.7" 4 piece booster from CNC warrior, but KVAR is all out. I'll be using a 16" bbl assembly instead along with a Bulgy 74 parts kit, NDS receiver (possibly a receiver from 74ullc) and a Russian polymer side folding stock.

That's cool, have you seen the cnc warrior cans for the ak105's that actually slide over the 16" barrel to make it look shorter?

Be carefull not to confuse the barrel extension with the barrel cover, they look pretty much the same but the extension has threads at the end closest to the muzzle while the cover has threads at the end furthest from the muzzle and slides over the barrel to conceal it and make it look like a shorter barrel. Pretty slick huh. Looking forward to seeing this build come together.

You'll also need one of these to do the clone you want to do.

It doesn't look like I am going to be able to build the PSL, so the polish under folder it is. Where do you send the kits to populate the barrel? Also, other than the kit, trigger group, flat, and food, beer water is there anything else I need to bring?

For barrel population PM Calguns member turbothis for cost, what parts to send and turn around time. It should be about $120 and 1-3 weeks.

You will also need to pick an option either to fix the Underfolder in place so it will NOT FOLD (copper pipe & hose clamp $5)
http://calguns.net/calgunforum/showthread.php?t=185188

OR

Buy an extended muzzle brake if you want to use the Underfolder ($85 Aimsmall sells them and he will be at the build party.)
