Make: Izhmash 1942
Model: Mosin Nagant 91/30 Caliber: 7.62x54R Location (city or county): San Francisco Bay Area Price: ***SOLD*** ($625 with 6x24 POSP scope; $605 with PK-A; $275 without optics) Trade: Make an offer Will ship (Y/N): No This is a war-era 91/30 rifle that's been modernized with a Russian side rail designed and manufactured for modernizing 91/30 rifles to take POSP scopes. The rail isn't regularly imported into the USA, but you can get them on eBay from Russia. This comes with a 6x24 POSP scope, which is itself a $350 value. You can also use standard red dots that have SVD-universal mounts, like the PK-A. Happy to sell the PK-A with this rifle, too. The bolt has been turned down and polished to a mirror finish. The trigger has been accurized in a similar way to how the Finns did it for their Mosin Nagants. This rifle is pretty accurate. I've shot about 150 rounds total through this gun. I'd say it's capable of 1.5 to 2.0 MOA. Another note: as with most Eastern bloc optics, the POSP is an offset optic that requires a "chin" weld to use. But it's straightforward to get the hang of it. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by ucla_jtsuei; 01-15-2018 at 12:04 AM.. Reason: price drop 1/6 |
