Back in December it took about 8 days to get mine. A few corrections:
Arizona does honor Utah.
Reciprocity and recognition are different things.
An AZ permit allows carry into places that sell alcohol as long as they haven't posted signs that must conform to state standards. However being a non-resident is one affirmative defense to a violation.
