Placed my first order with Primary Arms today.
They usually ship all orders placed before 3:00 P.M. the same day.
My order was placed after 3:00P.M. so I called in to change the shipping method for a faster delivery.
The gentleman who helped me went out of his way, ran into the warehouse.
Packed my order (this while I was on hold) came back and told me he was
going to ship my order today so I could enjoy my item this weekend.
He said I did not have to change any shipping method or neither was going to charge me extra.
Truthfully, he did not have to do this at all for me.
I am very thankful for such customer service which I have not seen anywhere in a while.
Thank you Primary Arms for such an excellent customer service and I am definitely buying again. Sent the link to all my family members so they can start buying from PA as well.
