Its probably that pesky interception bottleneck/data-mine created in
A.T.&T. Room 641A where the beam splitters (that have been tapped into the entire main trunk) are interfacing to the
Narus STA 6400 supercomputer that the N_s__A uses to
illegally intercept & analyze massive scale internet communications..............those guys,....... they're always messin' with their gadgets.
