I dabbled in water cooling, but my days of overclocking have been over since the P4 era. I was never much of a gamer, so it was more just because I could. With the newer multi-cores, not ever pushing my system to the limits except for running PCMark, spending more on guns, and spending more on my car (more worthy of "overclocking" since I do tend to push its limits), I just haven't seen the need for it the last few years. I do remember the TechTV episode where they were trying different substances for submersion cooling. The commercial coolant worked so well they cooled the system below the minimum operating temp.
