It doesn't matter how few cartridges your semi-auto rifle magazine holds, or whether it is a rimfire or centerfire, or whether it requires a tool to remove it,
IT IS NOW AN "ASSAULT RIFLE" and the owner must register himself and his "weapon" and pay a fee to the State.

In order to keep my Remington 742 deer rifle, I must now register myself and my rifle just as though I was a convicted sex offender.

First, it is "www.leginfo.ca.gov/billinfo.html".
Second, "enrolled" means it goes to the Governor for signature or veto.
Please continue to write and call Governor Brown and ask for a veto.
