In the 43 states that are basically shall issue there are about 16 million LTCs. Those 7 other states and DC are 30% of the total population that haven't been able to get them.
We should get to nearly 23 million LTCs in the 5 years after we win carry in SCOTUS which is about 7.5% of the population.
