So I was drilling out the holes on my Polymer 80 (PF940CV1). Did it on a bench vise with a power drill, all six holes, each side independent of the other. Went smoothly. I brushed the plastic out and popped the pins in to test. They went in without a hitch.
Then I did a double take. All of the pins were aligned through and through, but they seemed crooked!
As you can see, the pins travel slightly rearward toward the right side of the receiver.
So, two questions:
1) Is there a problem here?
2) What should my next step be?
