Based on your criteria, G17 is the best candidate...if you want to buy it now.
The price of a CZ just bumped to $2,000 according the Marketplace and GunBroker. Hehehe.
I personally would get the P226 or BHP instead. Wait for the insane market to subside and by that time you have some cash saved up and get what you really want.
