Its almost more fun taking pictures then it is refinishing the guns. One thing I can say is to take notes. I know most of my settings now for certain areas and usually deviate very little from them. But until you can start to remember a certain setup that works, keep a little notepad with you and mark down your comments on what settings you had.
Great tutorial, I wish I would have found something like this awhile ago before learning the hard way ( and getting help from a few people ).

All I see are small blue boxes with a white question mark inside, no pics. Anyone have an explanation. I'm on a Mac G5 if that means anything. I can see all of the pics in the other posts.
ETA: Well, that's weird, when I quote your post, the pics now come up. I'm more confused now.
