I just want to share my experience with PSA to other members so that members can make educated decision. To summarize, I placed an order and then the following day canceled the order via email and a voice message. I did not get an email nor a voice message so I emailed/left voice message again. Nine days after my cancellation , i got an email from UPS saying they "just" shipped my order.
I left them my contact information but no response. I understanding that they are busy, but nine days to process a cancellation is just insufficient.
Hopefully they can complete my cancellation process by shipping me a return label.
