The whole process took far less then what I've heard about in Sacramento county. I never really had to wait for appointments, I just called ahead for the most part.

That's great for you, but, roughly, w/o giving identifying info., what was your Good Cause? For most law-abiding CGNers, that's the CCW killer -- we don't have "drama" in our lives, but we want to be able to "keep & bear arms" to defend ourselves.
