They're the same price, although the Remington is available now (it's the basic R1, not the Enhanced model), while the Ruger is a big question mark as to when it will be available. Could be many months...but I am leaning strongly toward the Ruger.
The STI Spartan V looks pretty nice, I'll look into it as well. Too bad it isn't stainless.
