It is called a Broadwell drum and yes, you have to manually rotate it to the next stack. They are a lot of machine work and not cheap. R&D sells plans for them.

Gatling guns are not cheap, not to buy, not to make and not to shoot. At least in 22LR, shooting isn't too bad, but still you are going to go through a lot of rounds.
