A rifle with BB is NOT an assault weapon. I repeat: NOT an assault weapon.

If this rifle suddenly becomes an assault weapon, it's as "assaulty" as if it had a flash hider, pistol grip, pre-2001 standard capacity magazine *and* detachable magazine (no BB).

The only "forbidden" features that would remain are the ones that are not allowed by themselves, such as various length limitations, stock configurations, barrel types, etc.
