Please note I did write "reportedly". I don't know if it's fact or not, but I read of it at
http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...&postcount=834 and the member it was directed towards later responded in a manner that seemed to imply that he understood the rule to be the same. No further follow-up on this point was made, that I recall.
