I actually got off the phone with someone just yesterday- a very surprising unsolicited call. She offered an exchange for another type of ammo, a refund, or I could keep waiting. I might as well keep waiting with ammo prices the way the are these days, but obviously the brass shortage is nationwide now. It was nice to know someone still was tracking it and making an effort.
She mentioned the company was named after her grandson, and she's determined to get it turned around by the time he's old enough to work there.
