Default Aquarium as a source of water

Any of you guys ever consider an aquarium as a source of water in an emergency situation? For those that keep smaller ones that are say, 20 gallons and below, it might not make too much of a difference. But for those that have 1 or more larger tanks (55+ gallons), would you use that water for drinking/cooking?

I can't see it being any different than filtering water from a lake or stream. It does suck that your fish may die in the process (you COULD eat them if it came to it), but having that water would make a huge difference on top of what you may already have.

I know I would in a heart beat, but what about you guys?
