Can a complete NFA lower without a bullet button to California?
Hi guys, I just recently ordered a New Frontier Armory complete lower receiver. It is going to be shipped to my local FFL but I know they make two versions, one being the California compliant model. Does that just mean it comes with the bullet button pre-installed? Is it an issue if it shipped without the magazine lock and I install itonce it arrives(already have it)? Just a little confused on the difference.
