Go search the Calguns site for additional information. I did a brief search and found commentary on this exact model rifle and it was clearly mentioned that the rifle was Cal-Legal as long as the grenade launcher "Has Been Removed". If you purchased from Big 5 here in California after the ban and there is no grenade launcher, then you should be fine. Contact 69mach1 he may be able to help you sort through this.
