I am using the RCBS three-way cutters on the Hornady Prep center, which probably has the same base as yours. Threads are the same, but the RCBS threaded stud is shorter than the Hornady threaded hole; I put abundant teflon tape on the stud top prevent it from overtightening (it can be a pain to remove the cutter if overtightened, but not impossible). If yours is manual then it shouldn't as much of a concern.
