Another big +1 for Iron Sights. I don't even live in San Diego County and yet consider them to be my LGS.

That surprises me. I have been going there for years and in my experience the way I get treated there is one of the reasons I am willing to make the drive. I have never had anything other than great personal service there.
I do know when it gets busy they are stretched, but over the years I have come to consider Chris and Natalie my friends. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience.
