You said you would resolve this situation ASAP, but this has not happened. All that has happened is that you sent me a shipping label for the order that PSA sent me in error. You have made no comments whatsoever, nor did you respond to my PM regarding that status of *my* order, which I originally inquired about, which apparently is now is "lost in wind." I understand that people make mistakes--despite the quality control sticker on the box whereby a PSA employee signed-off verifying that the order was correct. I understand that PSA no longer ships magazine rebuild kits to CA--which means I guess I will not receive my original order. But to treat your customers this way is beyond me.
