There's also the one with the watch acting as a RIFD switch.. When it's in close proximity with the watch, the safety is disengaged...
What about a small piece that you can attach to your holster, or a watch, bracelet, dog tags/necklace, That is with the wearer. Only if you have that piece on you will the safety disengage.
Kinda like smart keys in your pocket with vehicles. They seem to work pretty much every time. Atleast with my Mercedes.. My old c6 corvette sometimes I had to shake the keys lol
Rather than keys in your pocket and touching the door handle, it would be this little piece that attaches to your holster, goes in your wallet, attaches to dog tags, etc.. That disengages the safety when you grab the grip.. Patent pending
Again battery and charging is always an issue
