Stripped lower bought over a year ago, was taking my time...well, in not so many words, whoops.

Now is certainly not the time to complete my build; however, I'm wondering...

a) are there any parts that aren't being jacked up in price to crazy levels?
b) when do you think things will get somewhat close to "normal" (definition varies obviously).

Ideally I'd like to complete my build by this summer to actually enjoy going out and shooting it, but can wait...but also do not want to wait until next year when new prohibitive laws may go in effect in our state.

My apologies in advance if this has been talked to death, I did some searching, but really didn't know what terms to use, and I don't frequent the forums often.
