I have been to American Shooting Center multiple times, and I have NEVER experienced bad/poor customer service. American Shooting Center was the 1st shooting range I EVER went to, and I told them I was a beginner. They walked me through everything, and were EXTREMELY courteous. They helped me choose a gun to rent, they explained to me all the safety rules, and they showed me how to use the handgun I was shooting. I have also gone with a group of friends who were ALL first time shooters. The people at ASC took their time and explained everything step-by-step to my friends

I definitely like Iron Sights, but it is a bit of a drive, and it takes FOREVER to get everyone set up, if you are first time shooters. It also gets really busy and sometimes the wait can be over a few hours.

P2K is great because it has the indoor ranges, the shotgun trap/sporting clay range, and the long distance rifle range. The only complaints I have with P2K is that they stop shooters, at the indoor range, every 30 minutes to an hour and call a cease fire, and the safety test takes a really long time. This wastes a lot of time if the people who are going are first time shooters at P2K. Another great thing about P2K is that it is near Sycuan Casino, and you can go gamble and enjoy their buffet after a day of shooting. New Sycuan club members get a free buffet

The only place that I had experienced poor customer service was at DGM on Moreno. One of the younger guys who worked there had a terrible attitude and snapped at us when we were trying to sign up for range time. Everyone else there is very polite and friendly though.
