Let's use this thread as an index to the bill threads here on Calguns - find them, start a real thread, post a link to the thread here.
'Real thread' titles need to be specific:

" has all the info in the title. (The colors are here just to identify the parts - nobody should use them, unless they think it's fun or something, but they won't appear in color on the forum page.)
Discussion on the bills, status updates, etc. should go in the specific bill threads.
Bill threads should have a link to the bill page, not just the bill text as introduced - since the bills get amended, and the bill status is at the bill page link.
