I love my 4 hole turret, only reason you might upgrade in future is to do the process quicker, being you're clicking off a lot of .223. But then again brass prep is the most time spent anyways.
A kit should come with deburring tools.

What you need to buy are dies for .223, and a crimp die most likely. Maybe a powder thru die depending on your kit as well or if you're using a auto disc measure.
Also a case trimmer for .223.
Plus, you will need either a tumbler and media or a sonic cleaner in order to reuse brass.
Some brass lube too, for sizing.
Ammo boxes for separating the processed ammo/brass.

Digital grain scale saves some time as well.

And lots of free time.
