Maybe as high as 4%.

I've seen some speculation that many of the people who get LTC when it becomes easier to get are the people who have been carrying anyway; in that case there is only a slight increase in the number of carriers.

Florida says it has 977,000 'regular person' CCW as of Oct 31.

Florida has about 14.8 million residents over 18 who might be eligible; trim 10% of that for ineligibles to get 13.3 million, and we get an outside figure of (.977/13.3 =) 7.4%.

Once again, we're in CA Bill Season.

There is no value at all complaining or analyzing or reading tea leaves to decide what these bills really mean or actually do; any bill with a chance to pass will be bad for gun owners.

Let us simply oppose them all - write, call, attend meetings with legislators and tell them they're wrong.

The details only count after the Governor signs the bills.
