Finally got in touch with Adam (customer service rep) at PSA. I was on the phone for 40 minutes!!! Only having a conversation for 10 minutes...I was put on hold three times (everytime I asked a question), each time I had to wait at least 10 minutes.
He said I must pay the shipping on my own dime and be charged a restocking fee after this mess
I asked for the the general manager's name and contact information (email and phone) and he won't give it to me.
He asked me to provide my contact info and expect them to get back to me...even though when I first complained to them, I called and left a voicemail telling them to call me back and I never got a call back...
PSA has good deals from time to time but it's not worth it if it's going to be a hassle dealing with them
