Nice to see open conversation between a vendor and customers.
Looks like this person at Turners is checking the thread here every few days. Not an easy thing to do/remember in a busy business environment, especially when implementing major changes. Heck, just dealing with day-to-day issues can tax someone.
I applaud this person for providing honest answers and what I would call good customer service by checking the site frequently.
I haven't been to Turner's in years (many years), only because I stopped shooting/buying firearms. However, with me planning on PPT's in the future I will definitely visit them again for that service.
