I will admit that it will more then likely be one of the last counties to fall though. But, there is no legal team in the world, that will save them, from the illegal acts they have been doing behind closed doors.
I hope you're right and I'm wrong with every fiber of my being.

Though I would not be sad if L.A. county was one of the first to begin compliance.
