We know of no successful prosecution of a legitimately-configured OLL rifle.

Of "other weapons"? Sure people have all sorts of illegal guns including AWs and people do get popped/convicted for those - and there's nothing we can do.

And, once prosecuted, can you go back and request a trial based on incorrect inturpretations of the law? Will you conviction be expunged?
If someone had a bad non-gun lawyer and were convicted of a crime that really didn't exist, there would be grounds for appeal.

But if somebody has a legal firearm used in a legal way and is somehow charged, we will help him.
